Our employee training program is implemented before our hands go to the field to ensure they are well versed in our tools, putting technology and safety at the forefront of our operation. This class ensures our employees understand the Gordon culture and philosophy of doing business, teaching them how to identify problems before they occur and take a proactive approach on the field. We use a multi-step approach involving one on one training, hands-on tool breakdown for a deep understanding of the components that they’ll work on, followed by on-the-job experience with mentor supervision.
